    Something this odd usually means either a 'Song Poem' scam (People send in lyrics (Called 'Song Poems' by the scammers) and money to an add promising to turn their words into a hit record.) or a vanity record (Someone pays to have their material recorded.) either way there is definitely an interesting story that as you said will probably never be known.

      I first heard Rudolph Pouts on an Andy Cirzan Mix. I'm not gonna lie... it's on my short list for favorite Christmas songs of all time. It's so bizarre. This is a cover of a song poem, originally recorded by Mary White.

      I only dabble with vinyl, but this is one I'm always on the lookout for.
