Two Music Box

Here's the other Christmas record made from music boxes that I promised you a few hours ago. I think I like this one a little better actually. I also first shared this one a year ago, at about the same time The Captain shared out a mono version. We fought to the death over who got to share it and I won. Not because either one of us died, but because I had the stereo and he only had a mono copy. One Music Box

This is the first of two LPs I want to share with you that feature tunes recorded from old music boxes. This seems to be a big sub-set of Christmas albums. From the well know collections of Rita ford all the way down to any number of privately pressed collections, there are lots and lots of these records out there to be had. This is one of the more professionally recorded ones, so it sounds pretty good. Another Something From Warner Bros.

I've got a couple of reasons for bringing you this share tonight. First, I wanted to continue on with last night's share of a record from Warner Bros (as well as the day before that...) and second, I wanted to improve a little bit on something The Captain shared out over at FaLaLaLaLa. He had a mono version of this, and I wanted to share out the stereo version. You are of course welcome to download both of them, if you're a fanatical Christmas collector like me.
