Oodles Of Doodles CCLXX

Here's a little Saturday night doodle goodness for you. These polka-dancing figures come from the flip side of one of the records I grabbed a track from for Christmas in July this year, Stan Wolowic And The Polka Chips-The Greatest Band In Polka Land (Capitol ST1283). The only clue as to the artist are a couple of initials, FP. That mean anything to anybody? Oh, and I shared a previous doodle from these same guys here.

A Late Week In September

Another week, another late post. But this one should be worth the wait. This is the Barringer Meteor Crater as seen from a 757 on the way to LA. You can read all about this on my original post last year. Also, by total coincidence, there appears to have been a meteor strike in Peru recently which released some toxic fumes and sickened a bunch of people. Spooky!
