Another Something From Warner Bros.

I've got a couple of reasons for bringing you this share tonight. First, I wanted to continue on with last night's share of a record from Warner Bros (as well as the day before that...) and second, I wanted to improve a little bit on something The Captain shared out over at FaLaLaLaLa. He had a mono version of this, and I wanted to share out the stereo version. You are of course welcome to download both of them, if you're a fanatical Christmas collector like me. But I think the stereo sounds a bit better. Of course, I'm biased. So, if you'd like, please download The Sounds Of Christmas-The Wonderful World Of The Music Box, Bells And Chimes (Warner Bros. WS 1238, Stereo, 1958). It's good stuff.

1. Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town
2. The First Noel
3. Jolly Old St. Nicolas
4. Away In A Manger
5. Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
6. O Christmas Tree
7. O Come All Ye Faithful
8. Silent Night
9. Joy To The World
10. I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day
11. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
12. It Came Upon The Midnight Clear
13. Deck The Halls With Boughs Of Holly
14. Jingle Bells
15. Winter Wonderland
16. O Little Town Of Bethlehem
17. White Christmas

  2. Thanks for this one and others on your blog. This is great tree-gazing music. Wonderful place to find Christmas magic here..... from days of our childhood.

Thanks and Merrie Christmas to all!

  3. Try a more recent post. The MediaFire links should still be good.
