Santa Buys The Farm

If you were around in the 80's, you may remember the dire straits that the American farm industry was in. High inflation, poor weather, and just about everything else that could be a problem reared it's ugly head and made it hard to make a living by creating food. I was young at the time, but I remember seeing stories of farm auctions on TV and wondering where exactly our food was going to come from. Times are a little better now, but farming is still not as easy life. Anyhow, it's against that backdrop of the mid-eighties that this next single was released.
