Saturday Filler-Part 7

Up next in our survey of the letter L is the only one of Bing Crosby's sons that fits the bill. That's right, it's Lindsay Crosby With The Nelson Riddle Orchestra doing Christmas Won't Be The Same b/w Old Friends Of Mine (Auld Lang Syne) (Ariola America 7" 45 RPM 7682 (Recorded 1965), Mono, 1977). The B side features a special guest, but I won't spoil the surprise by telling you it's Johnny Mercer. Enjoy!

  1. Interesting item. I didn't know that Lindsay made post-puberty records.

    1. He tried, but I don't think any of them went anywhere. I think an enterprising person could do a collection of famous kid records from the era. Dean Martin,, Jerry Lewis, Lucy & Desi are the easy ones, but I'm sure there are plenty more.
