2022 At 78 RPM-Part 48

Good afternoon, and welcome back to Christmas at 78 RPM! For those of you who are just joining us for the holiday season, this series goes all the way back to the first day of 2022, and has been featured each and every week since, though I think one of them was late because I was in the hospital after a (very mild) heart attack. But I was soon back at it, and I've kept it up every week since then. All of the 78 RPM rips come to us courtesy of The Internet Archive and their Great 78 Project. I just find 'em, download 'em, clean 'em up a bit, then share them back with you. You'll see a lot of great songs here in the pile, a mix of old favorites and unfamiliar tracks that you'll come to love just as much as the oldies. I've discovered some wonderful stuff all along, and this week is no different. What is different is that I finally learned how to export a tracklist that I can post, so you can search for your favorites instead of just looking at the pretty label scans. Have a look, and enjoy!

  1. Ooh. You found a copy of Santa Rides Again! That's one of favorites. I shared that back in 2008, I think it was. Never figured I'd see another copy.

  2. The track list is great, but thanks for posting the labels 'cause I like looking at labels.

Never saw the Lindsay Crosby pic sleeve before.

    1. Yeah, I love the labels, too. And I've shared the Crosby before, but I wanted to use the picture sleeve, so here it is again. :)
