Actually, she has a last name, but you'd have to look carefully at the credits to find it (Or just look at the label, I see it's there in big letters. I remember having to hunt through the credits for it, I must not have been paying much attention). I guess she wanted to be more like Madonna or Cher, or maybe it's just hard to pronounce. This is

This was the label that released the first albums of now-legendary Christian singers Michael Card and Twila Paris, plus they also had on it's label roster Michael James Murphy, who re-emerged in the mid-'90's as Christian Country singer Michael James on Reunion Records. This must have been one of the labels first releases. Looks like David T. Clydesdale and Bob Farrell had a hand in some of the songwriting credits here.
