Y'All Come!

Been hankering for a little deep country Christmas?  How about this budget LP from Starday, home of the real hillbilly stuff.  I've been putting this one off because the cover was all taped up and just about unrecoverable, but I made it work.  It's pretty short for so many tracks, but it's got a lot of charm in those grooves.  You'll, err, I  mean, Y'all 'll get a kick out of Y'All Come-Have A Country Christmas (Starday SLP-123, Mono, 1960).

1. Arlie Duff-Y'All Come
2. Leon Payne-Christmas Everyday
3. The Trailblazers-White Christmas
4. The Trailblazers-Jingle Bells
5. The Trailblazers-I'll Be Home For Christmas
6. Leon Payne-Christmas Love Song
7. The Trailblazers-Blue Christmas
8. Unknown Artist-The Night Before Christmas
9. Jim Eanes-Christmas Doll
10. Earl Aycock-Christmas Can't Be Far Away
11. The Trailblazers-Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
12. The Trailblazers-Frosty The Snowman
13. The Trailblazers-Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
14. Stanley Brothers-Christmas Is Near
15. Jim Eanes-It Won't Seem Like Christmas
16. Santa Himself-Santa's Message

Thank you. Had George Jones left Starday by this point? Too bad he didn't have any songs here. I'll enjoy this though.
