Sister Veronica

I didn't think I was going to keep the family theme going today, but I dove into the immense pile of records I ripped for sharing this year and came up with a sister! I had to go back and cut it into pieces and edit the cover scans into something useable, something I'd told myself I wasn't going to do anymore this year, but I was excited about being able to follow the accidental theme where it takes me. Speaking of cutting, this album seems to have been recorded in one long performance, so there was no gap between any of the songs. I'm offering a version that's two complete sides as presented on the record and a second version where I've cut the songs into individual tracks with short fades at the beginning and end. The choice is yours as to which version to download. Some interesting tracks on here, especially side two. Probably not strictly Christmas, but they all relate to Mary, mother of Jesus, so we'll allow it. Certainly not your usual Christmas fare. Give it a try, you might like it. This is Sister Mary Veronica F.D.C.-The Voice Of A Nun (No Number VN-102, Mono, 1958).
