Sauce For The Goose

One last post for today, and one that wraps up the accidental theme of the evening. I promise you that I did not intend to a series of mother, father, sister, brother posts today. If I had planned it out, I would have done it in the correct order and made some joke about the sound of Philadelphia. I'm afraid this last entry breaks the rules just a bit. Even though the name implies it's a Christmas album, it's really not. There are a few Christmas songs scattered about over the four sides, making up just a little over 1/3 of the total songs. This might would be better suited to a Christmas in July post (where I share Christmas songs from non-Christmas albums), but I'm going to include it because I needed a 'mother' Christmas album. Again I had to jump back into the archive of recorded albums that were unfinished to clean this one up and make it shareable, but I think it was worth the time to close out the theme. If you want to listen to a mother of an album, please by my guest and download Mother Goose Orchestra & Players-Merry Christmas! Kids (Mother Goose Records 2xLP MGLP-113, Stereo).
