Bill Hall
High noon! What have I got in my pile to share with you next? Oooh, here's a good one. Look at that cover! This is the sort of record you pickup without worrying what it sounds like, you just grab it and hope for the best. Not that there's anything wrong with the singing here, it's good solid choral work. You're certain to enjoy The William Hall Chorale-Favorite Christmas Carols (Dial LP 5180, Mono).

ReplyDeletePurty, ain't it? :)
DeleteHi Ernie,
ReplyDeleteThis is the first, non story/song album I have listened to from this years shares.
I am taking a break from watching Childrens Christmas Animated DVDs I stated warching last night. Although, Rudolph is blinking his nose at me as I write this, hehee. So, this is an enjoyable listen as I am cleaning up some Christmas music files. I am missing an Enoch Light Christmas album from Command. Things go missing, but not for long?
Anyways, I have loaded up a lot of your shares on my MP3 player.
Anyways, thanks.
Hope you enjoy it, and tell Rudolph I said long time no see. :)
DeletePity, I just read NBC just had it on their network for the first time after CBS has had it for 50 years. I think it was on the 4th or 5th of December.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I try to always watch it on Dec. 1st., so I am late this year. I always pair my watching of it with Frosty.
Besides it features Burl Ives a Institution
unto himself. I watching it now...
