Kimball, Not Krimble
This is an LP I first shared in 2005, then again in 2006, but I didn't get a chance to remind you about it in 2007 (probably because it didn't generate a single comment either of the first two years). So I'm bringing it back this year so you'll get the chance to see what all the fuss was about. This was a record that was given out as a promotional piece to get folks to buy a new organ from the folks at Kimball. Either that, or it was given out with the purchase of said organ. I'm not really sure, but it probably comes down to a chicken or egg quandry. So if you're at all interested in an organ, why don't you go download A Kimball Christmas (KPO 82-004, Stereo, 1982).

That's a pretty soulful Closer Walk With Thee! I had to leave you a highly deserved comment of thanks for all the great music you have posted. I often don't leave comments much because I don't usually listen to the files right away, but I'm checking this out now, always a sucker for the Kimball! Great stuff, what a nice addition to the holiday season to have all these great old recordings so nicely preserved. Your effort is greatly appreciated!
