Nashville II
Aha, I knew I had another record that was part of the same series as the one I shared two posts ago, and it even links into the last post quite nicely. This time we focus in on piano music, and of course they're again touting the presence of some Nashville-based studio musicians. What more could you ask from a budget label release? This is The Nashville Keyboard Section-Christmas Pianos (Classic CCR 1938, Stereo, 1979).

I was compelled to download this once I saw it was AN EXCITING EXPERIENCE IN SOUND. Challenge accepted!
ReplyDeleteThey couldn't put it on the cover if it weren't true!
DeleteI enjoy all piano music, especially Christmas :)
ReplyDeleteI also have found it interesting that you have been posting a lot of LPs, from the Classic Christmas Label, Ernie. That is neat :)
It's quite the slog through them all, and I don't even have the full set. I hope the listening experience is worth it. ;)
DeleteI'm waiting for the Nashville Kazoo Section. Now there's an exiting sound experience!
ReplyDeleteI do actually have a kazoo Christmas album. Not sure where they're from.
DeleteIf it's out there, I'll find it, but I don't have it yet. :)
