28-Christmas Morning
The big day is finally here! I've scheduled the share today for early in the morning so that everyone who wants it can grab it and still have the day to enjoy. Not sure if anyone will care or even notice since they're used to the four o'clock shares all season long. But either way, it's here for you all day if you get the chance to stop by. Weird having Christmas right in the middle of the week, I on;t get the one day off and it's gonna be rough to go back to work tomorrow. Hopefully you have the luxury of getting the whole week off. I'm sure it will be slow at work, but I still have to be there in order to get paid. I'll quit whining now and wish everyone a very merry Christmas!

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you as well, or any local holiday of your choosing!
DeleteMerry Christmas to you and Meredith, Ernie! I’m back to work, too, but I’ll finally have some time off next week and I’ll be enjoying your shares! I can’t wait!
ReplyDeleteYour pal #1 Wintersauce Fan
DeleteYou need to take a day off from work sometime. Merry Christmas even though I'm a day late...
DeleteHi Ernie,
ReplyDeleteI hope Meredith and you have a good day today.
I happen to have both the 25th and 26th off. After organizing 8 Christmas parties, 5 for offices and 3 for personal living spaces, and dressing up as a Twunk Santa for 5 of these, just me, no padding, I am tired. On the 27th, 30th, and 31st it is time to organize 3 New Years Eve parties and I will get to play the Twunky New Year brat on the 31st. At least I get 5 Euro per kiss and 10 Euro for a kiss and a hug. This goes to help the needy. So, it is for a worthy cause. So, rest is fleeting this year.
So, maybe you can get more rest than I can.
Thank you for the share for today.
That all sounds too much like work. Gotta take some time and have a Merry Christmas for yourself!
DeleteHi Ernie,
DeleteThat is only a part of my work as a personal assistant and organizer. Easter, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Halloween are coming up. However, Christmas is the most hectic. There is more to do as almost every client wants parties at home and or at the office organized. Such is life...
Merry Christmas, Ernie, to you and all your loved ones. Appreciate the Christmas morning gift of another 45 more songs.
ReplyDeleteThanks, and Merry Christmas!
DeleteMerry Christmas Ernie! Thanks for another memorable year.

DeleteMerry Christmas Dear Ernie from Cologne, Germany!
ReplyDeleteAnd Frolich Weinachstatchestenauchrild to you, too! Well, something like that. My German is not so hot. :)
DeleteBelated Christmas greetings to you and Meredith; praying that you had a good day yesterday.
ReplyDeleteWe had a good Christmas, thanks. Hope yours was nice as well.
DeleteGood Christmas playlist here; i have the Bing Crosby and Whiting and Wakely 45's; however my copy on the latter is a '68-'-69 pressing with the "bullseye" label. The Julius LaRosa song included here has been one of my favorites since you first posted it here a couple of years ago, and I was totally surprised to find out that David Gates of Bread fame did a Christmas song! Looking forward to checking that one out.
ReplyDeleteI think the Gates track is from an LP of his, they just pulled it off as a single. Never found the album for Christmas in July though, or at least I don't remember finding it. I forget stuff a lot lately...
