27-On This Christmas Eve
Well, we've made it all the way to Christmas Eve! I was starting to think it would never get here, I should have had more faith. Naturally our theme today is songs for Christmas Eve, as well as some other general Christmas songs since I couldn't fill up the whole pile with songs about the day before the big day. I don't expect a whole lot of traffic today and tomorrow, but I want to thank everyone who does stop by for making me a small piece of your holiday. It's long been a pleasure of mine to be able to share a little bit of Christmas music with the world this time of year. And I hope Santa brings you what you want the most!

DeleteDavid Carroll Christmas music! What A great surprise! "Lullaby For Christmas Eve" is a great song; looking forward to hearing what the Lennon Sisters to it. You certainly dug deep to find Eddie Fisher's Christmas single was he was in the service and a major label Johnny Kaye single with Morty Jay of "Salt Water Taffy" fame conducting! Christmas music crate diggers surprises galore here.
ReplyDeleteI was a little disappointed in the David Carroll single, it's really more of a Jack Halloran single, which is fine, but not what I was after.
