One For The Kettle

Here's one that's dedicated to our special visitor who spends his time out front of a store ringing the bell at a red kettle for The Salvation Army.  This record is from the great Westminster label, a label that I've been following for years and trying to collect up all their Christmas issues.  Somehow this one had escaped me for a long time, but here it is, in glorious stereo. I hope you enjoy The Salvation Army New York Staff Band And Male Chorus-Christmas With The Salvation Army (Westminster WST 15015, Stereo, 1958).

1. Christmas Joy (March Medley)
2. Echo Hymn
3. Spirit Of Christmas (March Medley)
4. Silent Night
5. Westminster Hymn
6. Beautiful Savior (Grand March)
7. The Carolers (March Medley)
8. Cantique De Noel
9. Christmas Tidings (Medley)
10. O Come, Emmanuel
11. Jesu, Joy Of Man's Desiring
12. Hark! The Herald Angels Sing

  3. Thank you. My wife started playing Christmas music at least a month ago. That's OK but it's the same basic playlist of a dozen or so songs over and over and....at least now I have something different to play.
Thanks again, love your Christmas posts,
    Gary
