Jazzy

This record was on my mind recently because I found a second copy of the vinyl.  Some things I see all the time, but others I stumble upon once and that's it.  This is something I had only ever seen once until I found that second copy.  So, since I saw it twice, you get it again, too. You can read all about it on my original post back in 2011, or you can just know that it's light jazz with some great vocals.  This is Glenn Zottola And His Allstars Featuring Maxine Sullivan-Christmas In Jazztime (Dreamstreet DR-110, for WYRS 96.7 FM, Stamford, CT, Stereo, 1986).

1. Let It Snow
2. Jolly Old St. Nick (with Maxine)
3. Winter Wonderland
4. White Christmas (with Maxine)
5. Silent Night
6. Jingle Bells (with Maxine)
7. Christmas Song
8. Greensleeves
9. Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

And if Jazz is what you're after, you should certainly help yourself to this one. This share dates all the way back to the beginning, and it's been a lot of fun.  You can't go wrong with The World's Greatest Jazzband Of Yank Lawson & Bob Haggart-Hark The Herald Angels Swing (2011 Remaster) (World Jazz WJLP 5-2, Stereo, 1972).

1. Hark The Herald Angels Swing
2. Little Drummer Boy
3. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
4. Silent Night
5. Joy To The World
6. Jingle Bells
7. White Christmas
8. I'll Be Home For Christmas
9. The Christmas Song
10. Winter Wonderland
11. Deck The Halls

  1. The era of "Hark the Herald Angels Swing" was long before the days of photoshop and digital photo manipulation. I was wondering about that location and how they got that shot. Its definitely an attention getter.

  4. Nice jazz, Brown, Baker-voice but very surprise is Wally Scott great orchestra, chorus and arrangments.
Now with zippyshare is all ok. Please don't change. Tomorrow I download all Ray Charles Singers (my favorite) but also Jimmy&Billy. I hope in a good sound quality. Your Satchmo file "Hear is my heart for Christmas" in in posted in Falalalala.
