Soul Food

This is another one of those records that should already be in your collection, but I was very excited to recently add a hard copy to my collection. And when I get a hard copy of something, I rip it for myself. And in this case, you're the lucky ones who get to listen to my work.  Not that I can take much credit for it, the anonymous musicians who formed The Soulful Strings should get all of the praise for making such an interesting record.  That's all I'm going to tell you about this listening experience.  See for yourself, download The Soulful Strings-The Magic Of Christmas (Cadet LPS 814, Stereo, 1968).

1. The Little Drummer Boy
2. Snowfall
3. Dance Of The Sugarplum Fairy
4. Deck The Halls
5. Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
6. Sleigh Ride
7. Merry Christmas, Baby
8. Jingle Bells
9. The Christmas Song
10. Parade Of The Wooden Soldiers

  1. I'd wanted a good copy of this, and if you ripped it, it's got to be a good one.
    Thank you very much.

  2. It's a very good sounding rip! Thanks!

  3. Another great post, thanks! Just to let you know, really like the torrent option, makes things much easier. I keep the ones I download up, all seems to be popular, so just wanted to tell you thanks again!

  4. I found a ripped copy of this somewhere else on the internet, but hadn't listened to it yet. Just by coincidence, I started listening to it yesterday, and it immediately shot up into my favorites. It's a really good record.

  5. Thank you so much for sharing all of yourwonderful Christmas music over the years. Our Christmases wouldn't be the same without it. Merry Christmas

  6. Great music and great share. Thanks so much! Brian

  7. Thank you for this share. One of my favourites of this years rips.

  8. Any chance on a re-up of this one? Thanks for all the shares!

  9. I think this one has become available in the usual download spots since I shared it, so it won't be coming back. I try to stick to the unavailable stuff.
