One Waring

Hands down, bar none, this is the most popular record I've ever shared. It's head and shoulders above the rest. I don't know that it's any better than all of my other shares, but a lot of people seem to have a fond memory of it, and that seems to be what motivates most of my visitors. So I won't waste any of your time by telling you all about what you're downloading, 'cause I have a feeling you already know all about it. Here is Fred Waring And The Pennsylvanians-'Twas The Night Before Christmas (Decca DL 8171, Mono, 1955).

1. Jingle Bells
2. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
3. Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town
4. 'Twas The Night Before Christmas
5. Adeste Fideles (O, Come All Ye Faithful)
6. Beautiful Savior
7. The First Nowell; O, Little Town Of Bethlehem; Carol Of The Bells
8. Cantique De Noel (O Holy Night)
9. Oh Gathering Clouds
10. Silent Night

The link takes you to, which is sort of a guardpost. You have to type in the code you see on the screen, then click the button to go on to RapidShare. I just tried it and it works fine.

This version of Rudolph is funnier than Spike Jones' version of Rudolph!
