An Ending
Bad news, folks. I'm going to have to call an end to my re-sharing for the season. There's been a death in Jennifer's family and there's not really time to post anything more to the blog. Sorry. There's no good time for these things to happen, but it's certainly worse when you loose someone close during the holidays. Thanks for your understanding.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
So sorry for your loss. Thank you for everything and sincerest condolences to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteErnie, I'm sorry to hear of the loss. They never happen at a good time, and certainly when they happen during this time of year it can be perhaps be even more painful. We were glad to see you back for the time you were - yet we're also glad that you're focused on Jennifer and family.

ReplyDeleteErnie, I'm so sorry to hear of this tragedy in Jen's life, and therefore in yours. Thank you for the few re-shares you did manage this year. When you said earlier in the season that Christmas music was taking a back seat for you this year, and that Jennifer was first in your life, I cheered. That's the way it should be. The fact that you are leaving us now to be part of a grieving and healing family truly endorses and validates that claim. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family this season. God Bless you and Merry Christmas

ReplyDeleteThis will not be the same "I'm sorry for your loss," message, even though I am. I lost 2 family members last year during the holidays. My Brother-in-law, who died as the result of a motorcycle accident in October, and my mother passing 1 week before Thanksgiving of natural causes. At this time, this passion of your called "Ernie (Not Bert)" does not seem important. If it did, there would be something wrong with you.
ReplyDeleteTake care of your family, and especially yourself.
(To quote Big Bang Theory)
It's ok to be sad. Just make sure you appreciates those that are there for you.
