Santa And His Sack

Santa will soon be headed all around the world, and I'm sure he'll go much faster than I've been going around here. I've tried to take you to as many different places as I can, but it's taken all month and we've only toured around Europe, South America and some Caribbean Islands. And this share takes us back to Europe for a country we've skipped up to now, Denmark. At least this time the music is authentic as it's produced there for the local market. It's good stuff, some of which you'll recognize but a lot of which is liable to be new to you. If you're a fan of Christmas music that's different from what you're used to, then this might be just the thing for you. This is Jul Med Dansktop-Kunstnere (Philips (Denmark) 6403 506, Stereo, 1971). Enjoy!

  1. I know you didn't intend this, Ernie... but every time I look at this album cover, it looks like the Santa is going to spank the sack of potatoes ;)

    2. There are much, much worse covers from Scandinavia out there. Most of them involve sausages in some way, shape or form.
