Fix It In Post With CanCon

You know what you need?  You need some production music.  No, not just production music, but Canadian production music!  That way you can comply with the Canadian Content rules. And I've got just the thing for you right here.  Thirty short tracks of great music that you can use for all sorts of things.  I'm sure you'll love it just as much as I do.  It's volume two, but I've never seen volume one and I really never expect to.  This sort of thing is pretty rare in the wild. It sorta reminds me of my old share from back in the day by Elliot Lawrence.  Same sorta thing, but a much more modern sound. (Be sure you check the comments over there for the working download link.) I will warn you about something on this record.  For completeness' sake, I included two test tones that were pressed onto the record in a locked groove after the regular program.  If you don't want to hear a loud sine wave play through your speakers at the middle and end of the program, you might want to remove those.  It can be a bit jarring when they play.  Otherwise, this is great stuff!  This is Parry Music Library-The Christmas Season 2 (Parry Music Ltd (Canada) PML 127, Stereo). Not sure of the date here, but I'm sure it's getting into the '80s here.

  2. Huh, how did I miss that? Must have been in a hurry that night. :(

I can only share what I find. The better stuff I find, the better stuff I can share. Though sometimes I think this stuff finds me. :)

I feel like I'm slacking a little bit, though, without throwing up reshares every five minutes. But most of the old stuff is still available in the backlogs via MEGA.

  6. Francois-Wow! Thanks! I never dreamed that anyone would have the first volume. Thanks so much!

Eric-Thanks for the Moorhouse stuff, too. I think I have that somewhere from previous seasons, and someone once told me that a generic Christmas record I shared out was actually songs from this release with different names. I wasn't surprised. :)

  10. After downloading, I found out that Alan Moorhouse - Christmas Party is "a release of the "Tijuana Christmas" LP with the same contents and running order, but all tracks retitled" which I had downloaded from Ernie.
