CiJ 2025-Day 28
Welcome to day 28! I added four more tracks to the pile to share today, but I'm still a little scared I'm going to run out before the end of the month. The alleviate that fear, I'm throwing in an extra demo track today and that number may increase in the coming days right through to the end. I had too many of those short snippets and not enough real songs in the pile. But it's still good stuff, I promise. And the featured track of the day is one of the best things I've been itching to share out all month. It's an actual Christmas track that's seemingly been lost to time. If you like free-form jazz from the mid-60's, then this is your jam. If not, well, you're getting it anyway. Enjoy!

Thanks Ernie fot this collectable piece of X-mas music. Love Mel Kaiser's version of Sleigh Bells.
ReplyDeleteI think I made that one too loud when I processed it. Whenever it comes on, I jump out of my chair.
DeleteThanks, old pal , for the Max Roach and Ives tracks - and for all of it, in fact!
ReplyDeleteI was happy to find both of those. That's why I keep digging. :)
DeleteWill be on the lookout for the Max Roach album. Looks like you have some good choices here.
ReplyDeleteI hope you find a better copy than I did. The vinyl was scratchy and the cover had water damage. But still, I'd never seen it before and I spend a lot of time looking.
DeleteMAX ROACH!
