Woodstock

You find odd things in cemeteries if you look hard enough. I spotted this small monument to Woodstock at the biggest and oldest cemetery in Atlanta this weekend. Oakland, I think it's called. Some of the graves there pre-date the Civil War, but the most compelling thing I found was this humble tribute.

  1. If the rest of the world saw itself through your eyes, what a wonderful place this would be. I suspect your respect for music and objects of interest to photograph accounts for a lot of your perspective, but somewhere in your inner make-up is a terrific human being that knows what is important in life and what to ignore. You have a great sense of balance and thanks for sharing your talents - all 1 million of them.

  2. Now if I could convince more single women of that, I'd be doing OK...
