Shouldn't This Be 317Y?

I told you about 317X last week, but I found a couple more variations on the logo I wanted to share. The above variation is from the front cover of Henry Mancini-Music From Mr. Lucky (RCA Victor LSP-2198, 1959), and the text below was found on the inner sleeve of Sing Along With Jonathan And Darlene Edwards (RCA Victor LPM-2495, 1962).
