CiJ 2025-Day 15

Fifteen days in, that's pretty close to the halfway point. I think it's a pretty good season so far. Today I'll highlight another polka track just because. (Sorry, scottische, not polka. What's the difference?) The LP cover features people in bird outfits, so that's just icing on the cake. This one is a rerun from 2007, but I can't believe it's taken this long to bring it back. What a classic, and on the K-tel label! Now, onto the download!

  2. That bird dance cover sure is strange.

Say, how many songs are there on that Jim Borden record?

    1. Too many. I think we're about at the end. Still a long ways to go on some of the others though. Trying my patience to be honest, and likely my visitors...

    1. Stan, as a rule I don't post old Christmas in July stuff once it's disappeared. But if you do a little research here around the blog, the three tracks I shared that day have been shared again elsewhere. In fact, all three songs I shared that day showed up on the best-of collection for that year. I believe you can download a copy here: https://ernienotbert.blogspot.com/2024/12/back-in-july.html
