Sometimes I can't explain why I buy a record. It's rare I know what kind of music I'm going to find inside, so I have to go by the sleeve. This one had a very bland sleeve that I had to look at a couple of times before I could make it out. But it was something I had never seen before, and that always draws my attention. It's an interesting mix of styles, clearly meant to appeal to a wide variety of folks. And that's a good thing because I believe this was sold as a fundraiser of sorts for some schools back in the day. If you have any experiences with this record or something like it, clue me in, I want to know the story behind it. This is The Christian Schools Of America-Season's Greetings From The Christian Schools Of America (Artist's Recording 751025, Stereo).

Thanks for sharing this. I wish this type of seasonal Christmas musical fundraisers was still popular. I'd much rather purchase something like this rather than candy bars or caramel corn which I have eaten way too much of over the years!
