Lots of little sho...It's a sort of a tourist trap. Lots of little shops on the first floor, meeting rooms and whatnot on the second floor, if I remember correctly. Third floor is a Columbia Restaurant, and the fourth floor is another restaurant and observation deck. Rumor has it the whole thing is badly in need of restoration and may be torn down and rebuilt soon. It's been an icon around the whole area for years.
