Murky and Lurky singing "Christmas in the Pits" sounds like the Rainbow BriteTM version of Motorhead.
ReplyDeleteThat's the best song on there!
DeleteI'll check that song out, but I fear for my A1C number.
ReplyDeleteYou won't know how bad it is for three months.
DeleteN'yuk, n'yuk, n'yuk!!
DeleteWhat a catching album this was Ernie. Whoever these characters are, I have no idea.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Murky & Lurky-Christmas In The Pits, had be dancing, sadly not rocking around the Christmas Tree, as I was setting things up. Maybe, if I have a lull in activity, never mind, that will not happen. Besides you have shared so many good things this year, I hope, hehee, I doubt I will have a lull anywhere.
It's a bit more fun than some of the others. You can tell when people put some time and effort into these records.
DeleteBesides, it comes from Disney. Quality goes a long way.
DeleteNot sure how much involvement Disney had with this, other than the distribution But it had to be a bit higher quality for them to distribute it, so point taken.
DeleteIt seemed at some point Disney was one of the Syndication distributors for the Domestic market. There are many of them, I guessing for various markets thoughout the world. It seems like, Disney was involved at this time when this album was released?
DeleteCould be...
